We knit Lucia Vest in 1 strand Önling No 1, our ultra soft merino and Angora wool blend, held together with 1 strand of silk mohair. Resulting in the most luxurious slipover vest with the opportunity to create a nice mouliné effect.

You work with 2 strands held together throughout 

Recommended needles:
Circular needles size 6 and 7 mm / US 10 and 10.75, 80 cm / 32 inches long
Stitch markers
2 meter/ 3 yards of scrap yarn.

Gauge: 17 sts and 20 rows/rounds of stockinette on needle size 7 mm / US 10.75 = 10x10 cm / 4x4 inches.

Procedure: The vest is worked in the round from the bottom up. First, a provisional crochet cast-on is made, and the vest is worked in the round to the armhole. Here the stitches are divided into front and back panels which are finished individually. At this point you can try on the vest and decide how long you want the rib hems before knitting them.
