This beautiful bag knitted in lace pattern is worked from the bottom up. Here we knit it in Önling no 21, 60% cotton and 40% linen. 

The yarn kit contains: Önling no 21, yarn for the selected size and color. The kit does not contain buttons or pattern.

Materials: 
This yarn kit does not contain the original yarn used by PetiteKnit, but carefully selected yarn that matches the gauge:
300 g of Önling no 21, 60% cotton, 40% linen  50g=105 meters/214 yards.

Gauge: 25 sts x 32 rows in lace pattern = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] on 4 mm [US6] needles 

Worked with 2 strands throughout.

Suggested needles: Circular needles: 4 mm [US6] / 60 cm [24 inches] and 3 mm [US2½] / 60 cm [24 inches]; Double-pointed needles: 3.5 mm [US4] and 3 mm [US2½]

Procedure: The Breeze Bag is worked from the bottom up. The bottom is flat, and it is worked as a growing circle in the round on double-pointed needles, while the sides of the bag are worked in the round in a lace pattern on circular needles. At the top, the bag is divided into two sections and each section is finished separately. At the end, stitches are picked up and knitted along the edges of the bag and a double knitted edge is worked, which continues as the straps of the bag. Straps and edges are worked as one continuous piece, and at the end a length of herringbone tape is inserted through the hollow center to give it extra strength.
